i am going to do some welding and need to remove the fuel tank how do you remove it completey from the car?

undo electrical connectors and fuel pipes on top of the tank through holes under rear seat, pull off filler neck, drop exhaust down, undo bolts from underneath

how many bolts is there underneath? ive un done to and its still seems to be held in place.

wud like to no this aswell, how many bolts are they i have found to but am sure i've heard theres three?

Me too, haynes manual is no use..... just tell you what to do but not where the bolts are.

found 2, but is there a 3rd or are they just a pain in ass n wedged?

Only two, at the back. It then has two ridges on the other side which sit on shelves welded to the chassis. Youll need to undo the fuel filler neck from the offside wheelarch as Mandyslover says too. Make sure you either have very little fuel (under a tenner) in there or you work on it on gravel etc, fuel stains driveways for fun
