Hi ive looked all over but cant find any step by step guides on how to install a sub. Ive used the search button but to no avail. Ive got this sub http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/11981.html.

Went and got a quote for fitting it today and the guy said £40 - £100 depending where I go. Is it a relatively easy thing to do at home? How about keeping all the wires tidy?

see this thread buddy http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62418

with the power cable in the car run it along the passenger side under the carpet, you will need to lift up the rubber door seal then the metal clips which hold the carpet in place.
Then run it under the bench of the rear seat and into the boot.

for the earth cable if you look under the bench of the rear seat there are some thread posts sticking up, scrap the paint off so it has a good contact and secure in place with a nut.

finally run the RCA cables and remote amp lead down along the carpet (as per the power cable) but on the driverside. you need to keep the power cable seperate to the others to avoid interference. The RCA cable and remote lead then go into the back of the headunit

Okay decided to do it myself, only one problem. I got the power cable through the grommet but my batterys positive connector does not have anything to attach it to, its a weird clip instead of a nut and bolt, what do I do?

I literally cant find the right place for the remote lead at all! surely it would have one if it has line in cables for an amp.

check all the rca cables are in and if the sub is wired to the front rca or rear rca... then play with the fader settings on your head unit.
