seal on your sun roof popped out or your aerial leaking. check all your seal intact mate

as above it will be one of those two. take the interior light out and get someone to pour some water over the aerial and see if its leaking through, if it is then make sure its 100% dry and plaster it with sealant. the sunroof seal should just pop back in.
the only other thing it could be is the drainage from the sunroof may be blocked but this would also leave the passenger foot well wet as well.

It will be 100% the aerial mate, interior light out, unbolt the aeral and remove it, clean the paint up so some sealent will adhere better, just degrease it
then put some sealent around the locating pin and the actual bit around the bolt, will sort it out no problem

If your sunroof seals not shrunk and sits in its groove properly then its either the drain hoses blocked, or more likely as said the arial leaking mate. Just sort it by following what Mark said.
It may look like its coming from elsewhere, but when water gets in there it goes all over so a lot gets wet.

They come out under the chassis, you can only really get to them from the top which measn removing the roof lining. To do that you literally just need to remove all the parts bolted to the roof and all the trims clipped to the pillars round the edge.

is there any way i can try and see it its blocked so i dont have to take linin off to see

Nope. Its all very well concealed by the sunroof glass hangers
