im gonna lower my vts 40mm, what is the general consensus on springs? eg what are the best -40mm springs on the market. cheers

Apex,Spax,ect.. do a search mate, iam sure there is a few posts on this subject ;)
P.S I would go for a kit (springs & shocks) if you can afford :y:

i highly recommend spax although they are known as being a little harder than apex from what i have been told. as said above dampers are ideal
heres mine on 40mm spax with rear adjusted to match

cheers for that an whats the cheapest place for the spax kit? im a student and moneys pretty tight :(

glad hear spax are recommended!,
i bought some from demon tweeks....yes i know,
£50, but i was in the neighbourhood, haven't fitted them yet so can't say much about them.

i got mine for a bargain price of 26 pound including postage!!! :D steal imo :drink:

gmc springs are very nice at 160lbs, or you could get some faulkners or custom faulkners which are easily one of the best on the market
