Steam or smoke

Driving to work this morning and pulled up at the lights and I saw smoke or steam coming from under the bonnet. So fort it was the exhaust smoke blowing under the car and coming up the front. But when got work it was coming up alot.. So had a check its coming form the battery side and in the engine bay its white steam or smoke.. Does anyone know what it could be as when engine cooled down everything looks ok

The manifold looks ok as I checked that first lol.
Checked all the water pipes after it cooled down and they seem all ok and the road was dry so its confusing me to what it cold be...

I get a lot of vapour coming out of the breather from the rocker cover, check that pipe that goes from the rocker and into your air filter?

If mine is that does that mean a problem or is that ok.. As dont feel like paying more out for my car..
