I have recently had to replace the power steering pipe on my vts. I know this is cause it is lowered as I had the same problem on my vtr , which I manage to bend out of the way of the track rod when I fitted the new one. The one I have just fitted does not want to budge! I've tried big screwdrivers and lever bars buy all it is doing is bending the track rod! so it is still rubbing when turning. Anybody know any other solutions to prevent another one splitting??? Help would be much appreciated

Anyone? New pipe has already started to wear a flat edge and do not want it going all the way through as these are expensive!

Fit a mk1 pas pipe mate, they clear it no problems
but its probablies best to put the lever bar in then jack it up, should budge a bit, id rather go for a mk1 though, mine rubbed through eventually even after i levered it out of the way, mind you it took about 4 years to do it
