just a quick question about porting!

Did the sub come with the box from JBL? Or did you just buy the box yourself?

porting a sub box is not just a case of drilling a hole in a box and pushing a bit of tube into the box. there is a science in making a sub box with port length calculating and cu ft calculating being a big thing.

if you want a ported box, it would be best to start from scratch and make your own!

there are a few people on here that design and make boxes. so if you ask, some one on here wil get back to you.
