fitting a sunstrip??????

i know that many of you have fitted sunstrips to your cars and from what i have seen they all look good and well fitted i wounded if anyone had anytips on how to fit them because i have just brought one for my saxo!

that is fitting saxperience stickers from what i can see from the picture i not sure wheater a sunstrip is the same thing because on the picture of the FAQ they are peeling the top layor of and on a sunstrip dont you peel the bottem layer then stick down??
