I have full leather seats.

What is a good product to use to make them look better/cleaner etc?

I've seen companies selling leather conditioner and cleaner, do I need both?

Yes mate you need both,

The cleaner as im sure you have guessed removes all crap from the leather,

The conditioner keeps the leather nice and soft and stop (or atleast reduce the risk) of it cracking like 106 gti seats.
