loads of ppl say this, i think its the worst ever, its harsh as fook, dry type cream... best way to describe it is "hard" and pulls the scab off when you rub it in after a few days(beacause its hard/dry) and its white so is shows up like fuck, prep h is like smooth gel like bonjela if youve ever used this for your gums, exactly how id desribe it, and as said has a numbing agent as its meant to reliev your pile pain ahhahah:y:

in that case it isnt water based, used it loads mate, my tattoist is amazing he swears buy it, i swear buy it, ive got tribals and names the lot and ive always used it(bar one), its by far superior, got my name in old english in black on my arm had it about 5-6 years now and its still black, got mates whove had the same maybe 2 year and theirs are green or blue, he only uses the best ink and gives the best advice,
used hemp on the dragon on my leg and its the only tattoo that now looks shit:n: really wished id done the the prep h with that too but fancied a change,
thinking of it logically it couldnt be water based as with bonjela, the bodily fluids would break it down too quickly making it uselss for the purpose

ive used bepanthen on all mine, ive got two sleaves, tribal back, and tribal chest,

the stuff you put on it has fuck all to do with the colour of the ink after a few years, ok waterbased is bad, as it wont heel with the ink in it, but after the 2-3 weeks healing process, the skin and ink type that was used determines how the colour stays in your tattoo

as i said, ive used bepanthen on mine, everyone one, and there all still full of colour, and looking original, im gettin my chest peace removed and the guy with the laser thot it was only a few months old cos of how black the ink is, yet ive had the tattoo 5 years on my chest,

so i would say its a matter of opinion on what people have used, personall, i used bepanthen all through the day, put it on 4-5 times a day, and sleeping was the time i let the tattoo dry and heel, otherwise it will take weeks to heel covering it in bepanthen all day everyday, generally my tattoos are healed in 7 days or less the way i treat them after theyve been done

out of ll my tatts i used bepanthen on one, and thats the best! none of the colour bled, no blothes and the colour is really deep black. compared to my others i used tattoo goo on and theyve gone grey and got patches of colour missing

As above, bepanthern is the best.. Healing time is quick, ive only had my tattoo redone last saturday and it already seems to have completely healed already.. Yes its hard to rub in but its definitely worth it!
