What happens if i loose my license through points?
do i need to take theory and test again?
and i have a full motorbike license too, does that mean ill have to retake that to regain my motorbike license? :(
Also can i still use my NCB i have gained from driving scince last year?
Police are accusing me of doing something i have no clue about, i cant remember what i did 6 weeks ago... but im going to plead guilty as i cant fight my case as they are so convinced its me, and i got an asbo - so courts will not take it easy on me, just got to plead to the fiscial i guess and hope he lets me off lightly!

The police are handing out asbo's like mad just now.
What they accusing you of?
A similar thing is happening to my mate, they are accusing him of something with no actual proof it was him.

for supposedly speeding through a busy roundabout at early hours about 6 weeks ago, and they got no proof except looking at my car and saying it was mine, i keep denying it but there so convinced its me, and its so long ago to me as i got a busy life this last few months that i cant really remember anything, and i know for a fact i wouldnt have sped across a roundabout like whats being described.
My asbos is from revving my engine during the day whilst parked up (and i mean just 1 rev... with house's about quatre mile away from where i was) was not the only one that was there that got one.
Allready got 3 points for being on phone :/ whats the minimum points given by dangerous driving (what there convicting me of) ?

Im not going to fight it because my case would be worth nothing with me having a past with having being spoken to by the police and having section 127's
Insurance is gona be a bitch, my new job working offshore COULD be at stake
and im getting told it could be atleast 3-4 months till my case is herd, so even if i kept my driving clean... its not gona make any difference, still getting 3 points.

Go to court, and fight it.. ask them for proof it was you, ask for CCTV, or the officer that saw..
IF you lose it, you have to resit theory, and practical, and you will also have to do your bike license...
You have to ring your insurance now and tell them about a pending conviction, they will probably cancell your insurance... once you lose your license, and no claims gained, will be lost..

P.S you will be convicted of driving with undue care and attention, minimum of 6 points, unless the court have a extremely good reason to give you less, and saying "i need to drive to work" isnt good enough

If you loose your license through "The totting Up Rule" you have to resit your theory and driviing test, which will also include a second test compulsory test set by the court. Which by the way, you driving test will be in the region of about £100 and thats just for the test itself.
Your MB license is gone, unless it was issued before 1997. As this is a seperate license to the new one MB license.
You can claim NCB either upto 2 or 3 years, can never remember which one.

I don't believe you didn't do it, if you're not going to even fight it. Having a ASBO is a shit reason for not fighting it back.
