Hi i rewired my door speakers today to my amp and with better speaker cable. And it all works fine however now i get can hear the speakers rattle and thud when the music is turned up. So i turned down the bass to the amp for the two door channels and when i turn the music up im still getting it :wall:

What should i do or use, for my boot door i stuffed it with foam and that sorted the sub box, however if i do the same to the door when i comes to winding down the window the padding will be in the way?

Iv been told that there is a sheet of material you can use to drown out the thud so you get good bass. It sounds good with the door speakers working shame i have disconnect it for now as i drives me insane.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks

took the old shitron cables out from the grommets and the rubber tube from the gap in the doors then feed a new cable from the speaker all the way through, under the carpeting and to the amp in the boot. Why you ask?

And is their anyone that can help?

Thanks

cheers guys and ahh dynamatt. Yeh realised the door speakers are not for bass as it is opened at the back and in a hollow door doesnt sound good. So ill just have flat trebble running through the door speakers however have a little bass just to make the music fell a little bassier

Thanks :y:
