Legal Pressed Plates

i know this thread has been done time and time again..
but im looking for a website/shop that does LEGAL metal pressed plates without having to produce your documents..

No, im not trying to scam anyone lol..
reason for this is because im having personalised plates for Christmas and i want them made up ready...

also, is it possible to have writing underneath the Reg on a metal pressed plate?? this is the kinda thing im after but metal pressed..

i dont think you can get legal plates without giving ur documents

Lots of ways to fail a plate on the MOT now, must have name and address of where you got the plates from along the bottom iirc
