I really want one of these and it was a toss up between one of these and a 306 but the 306's are everywhere in n.ireland so decided on the xsara.

Anyone have one of these of had and knows whether they are reliable nd shit?

Lol ano. The only thing is i think the xsara is better looking than a 306 and ive heard the engines are imba and reliable as fook!

Yea they are the same engines.. but ive heard they are really good dielsel engines lyk

thats a phase 1 looks tidy.

Xsaras are no too bad and engines are bullet proof, well my 1.4 is anyway, although when the wind hits it form the side the car acts as a fucking big sail and its not good lol

Ai but thts why you slam the life out of it lol

Ai apparently the diesel engines in them are Superb!

certainly wouldnt slam the life out of mine lol bu instead of buying the hdi just buy a xsara vts you can pick up a phase 2 01/02 plate for 700 - 900 quid and their pretty rapid like

Nah mate, i do quite a bit of driving so i would rather have a Diesel to save me a bit of bee's nd hunny. so its either a d turbo or a newer HDI.
