13 bends of death

Sounds like a movie lol.nice name for a road..makes you really want to travel on it lol anyway joking aside im glad your work bud is alright as its not easy to do alot of damage to a lorry like that.

Sax1lora
21st February 2006, 18:58
well he was obviously going pretty fast round the corners...so its prob his own fault...

to be fair lora you cant critise his driving if you dont know what happened.maybe their was an oil spill on the road that would cause a lorry to just crash into a ditch

well you would be driving carefully if the road is called '13 bends of death' so to come off must of been goin to fast or something

lol maybe theres a reason why the road is called '13 bends of death'
because you might have a bad accident on it! which he has..

my mate spun out last night going at 35mph! because of grit
so it might not have been his fault..

most likely it was a chav stealing one of the wheels..

grit is a bastard, i was behind a gritter last night, coming upto a roundabout he slammed his breaks on, and i slid, had to swerve into the other lane, musta been a couple of inches away, and no before u say, i wasent up his arse, cos i dont wanna scratch me new car!

anyway that lorry looks pretty mangled up! all the best to him.

to Sax1lora, Why would somone drive erractically(sp) when its their Job and Income on the line? as if its 'suspicious' come on.. and i expect your the perfect driver?

i am a drivers mate in the same lorry every day the daf's and they grip as good as my car!!!
they roll over first but i do know of a corner in hudds good for some 18tonners drifting!!! we did it one day and now my driver does it everytime!!!

its could be a one in say 2.000(probs alot more) silppy corners lorry lost grip probs once in 3 months or sum failure on the truck???

i seeing the parsal force lorrys everyday i wood say the lorry was to blame (machical) they are badly maintained!!!!

i only asked what actually happend, but when its got as bad a name as that, most would expect to be carefully...it could be mechanical or whatever...i was just say IMO..

people need to get a grip on here....
