Well, i'm lookng to change my car in august when my insurance is due. currently have a vtr but looking at either 172 cup or a 182. Just been on confused.com and one quote was 6k!!! smileys/smiley3.gif i couldn't believe it!

i no! its only £1100 fully comp on my vtr. I'll be 20 in july. with nowich union(who i'm with) they honoured a year when had a scooter smileys/smiley9.gif so i got 3yrs no claims with them at the mo, but it won't let me put that!

Try elephant.co.uk and tesco. They are usually quite cheap. It does seem to be luck of the draw with insurance quotes some times. I was getting quotes from elephant the other month for a focus RS and civic type R...and the Focus RS turned out cheaper smileys/smiley5.gif

yeah i tried confused for my insurance and given that im 25 with a VTR the cheapest they quoted was £1200!! which im thinkin is a tad much!!

try admiral i got mine for £450 with no claims

confused came up with some good quotes for me, was bored tried for vts, cheapest one was 900 and most expensive around 6k as well

you wont find anywhere that will insure you for a good price on clio sport if your only 20, 3 and a hlaf grand plus at least
