declare all your mods, you hit someone and your uninsured, your screwed!

if you cant afford the mods, dont get them

Never heard of anyone even getting a slap on the wrist for not declaring air filter..

alloys yes, exhaust maybe but air filter??

If you got pulled over, I doubt they would even check to see if it was on there.

If you had a claim, yes, it would cause trouble...and the insurer would probably pay out to the Third Party, if one was involved and then try and claim the money back from you...

Im not really sure about points on your license, never heard of that one.

just get a qoute and see how much extra it costs, see if its affordable :)
