found out this morning that my grandad died in the night :n:
hes suffered with alzhiemers(sp) for about 10years and 3 days ago he was diagnosed with cancer in his chest, and yesterday he was diagnosed with luekemia(sp). feeling a bit shit really. im wish that id seen him more but unfortunatly he lives 4+hours away in Doncaster..

he was the last of my grandparents and was the 3 member of my family to die this year, in febuary i lost two of my aunties in two days.

just trying to come to terms with it now, sorry to those who think its a pointless thread...

Sorry to hear that mate.My nan has had Alzhemiers for 4 years or so badly and its horrible seeing them the way they are,not knowing who their own family is,what their own names,where they are etc:n: Its hard times man, Keep your chin up,feeling for you bud.

Really sorry to hear that mate. Worst time of the year to lose anyone.

My mum died of a Brain Tumour last week, the funeral was yesterday and it was awful for all concerned, all my grandparents were gone by 1994.

You're in my thoughts, take it easy, and if you feel like crying, then do so! Don't hold back. Remember all the good times too, that helps.
