I'm running the London Marathon 2006, on the 23rd April. Thats this
Sunday, as in, 4 days away!!

I am trying to raise as much money as possible for The Stroke
association.

Here is some information about The Stroke Association:
There are one million people in this country who are suffering from the
effects of stroke. Young and old, this devastating illness affects 150 000
people each year.

The Stroke Association helps with prevention,education as well as aspects
of rehabilitation to help get people back home with their loved ones and
be able to lead a more active and comfortable life.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online.Every pound can help a stroke
survivor and their families.
£20 keeps the Stroke line open for an hour
£50 helps publish information leaflets

Thank you very much for your donation. I really appreciate all the money
that gets donated.

Without going into detail the stroke associatation are doing massive
amounts of research at the moment into a major break through in
medicine which has been introduced in a a couple of hospital across the
UK. But it could reduce the number of people suffering from disabling
effects after having a certain type of stroke!
