ok guys just after a bit of advice, i am getting a new laptop for crimbo and i wondered what is the best way to get everything off my iphone onto my new computer?

Your best bet is to copy it all from the computer your iphone is currently synched to, when you say everything what do you mean? contacts/music/apps etc?

yer i want to get all my contacts and music everything basically on to the new comp

Ok as for the music, just copy your itunes music folder from one computer to the other, that should also copy the apps i think. As for the contacts, if you have told it to sync with outlook or similar program on your computer, copy it from computer to computer, although iirc you may just be able to plug you iphone straight into the new computer and it will copy the contacts across.

I think itunes will only have problems with the music, due to the whole copyright business, everything else should just copy across when you plug you iphone into the new computer
