Photoshop CS4 would be best costs around 700 quid tho mate . . . lucky we use it at work and we had a spare copy going so i persuaded the boss with a bit of dosh ha

ofcourse if you havent got £700 to just throw away there are other methods..

gimp is free obviously not as good but does the job for just chopping cars etc
