£460 new... also light as my ipod tbh!
8J so WIIIIIIIIDE... just legal with my current arches.
Not too keen on stretching tyres though.
Few friends have had the tyre 'pop' off the rim due to losing pressure etc

i dont really like the look of it tbh, BUT, modifying is about do the different not the norm so go for it!
there was a yellow 206 in a magazine a few years ago the was proper smooth and had wheels like lowriders have, but it looked amazing, not many people would have thought about doing it before but it inspired a few people after!

I don't think it will look too bad, but you would definitely have to get it lowered.

Are you trying to go for the Euro look or you just like those wheels? If it's the Euro look you're going for, then there's A LOT of smoothing and removing to be done.

I'm not doing Euro... not really going to follow a trend.
i just really like deep alloys with a slammed car.
Personal taste TBH...

that isn't what 'euro' is about. a lot of people seem to think it is, but it isn't.
take these three for example;
http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l71/curran3001/_DSC3329asSmartObject-1copy.jpg
http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l71/curran3001/Russ_Rolling-1.jpg

completely standard bodywork. clean, stanced, on a good set of wheels and some choice mods. thats euro.
granted most 'euro' cars do have some smoothing but mainly just removing badges and number plates. nothing ott at all.
I'm not doing Euro... not really going to follow a trend.

that would be classed as 'euro' by a lot of people.
have a look on wheel whores and edition38 to get some ideas. there are much better wheels out there that can be picked up on the cheap. keep an eye on ebay as well.

Erm...
So lowering your car and putting deep alloys makes it Euro?
Not quite all the way there though is it.
Euro is about smooth flowing lines... on a european car.
My car is American.
So its actually more liely to be classed as the 'retro' look...

lowering with wide wheels is not euro but its going that way.
the point i was trying to make is that euro is not about smoothing everything. hence the pics i posted.
i wasnt trying to say what you want to do is euro as there are lots of different styles that used wide wheels and most modifying styles include lowering the car.
