you wanna scratch 40-50 quid games with a 300 pound console lol?
I've got a ps2 in mine.
It's pretty simple.. Av leads to headunit and/or screens. And a power inverter to power the ps2 (when i connected my ps3 to it the Inverter gave up.)
So ps3 would need a more expensive inverter.

orite pal, i've no pictures. Could take some in the daylight tomorrow.
Basically, ps2's in the boot in a little cut out. cables running into the back (under seats) for the screens, and a extension for the pads.

you can get a 12v converter that plugs straight into the back of the ps2 slimline.

Ive got a slimline one in my glovebox , wires running under the carpet to each seat, controler wires run up inside the seat with a small hole in the seat pocked, were the controler is kept and A.V + power going up to the head rest screen.
Use a slimline one beacuse
1) It dosent need a 240v inverter just a small one
2) Fits neatly in the bottom of the glove box recess so looks hidden
Will get pics up to explain in the morning.

Like said you dont need a 240v inverter as the slim line ps2 is about 8.5 volts.
