They usually come with the fittings but it appears this one does not. So, you would be paying for the steering wheel as well as paying a visit to Halfrauds to pick up a steering wheel boss. If I was you, I would look at buying one in which all the fittings have been provided.
I have often thought about replacing my steering wheel but back in 2002, I was involved in quite a severe car accident and if it wasn't for the airbag, I don't think my life would be as it is today.

You will need a 'boss' aswel, cost around 30-40 quid

good common sense says stick with the original steering wheel unless u can get one with an airbag in. thought about changing mine once, but its 1 part of the car that safety really has to come before looks.
steering wheel does look alrite tho mate

i mean ye i would like to have the air bag but i had a crash a while back and guess what didnt go off. u guessed it the air bag and the airbag lights always flashing and i rly have no idea what wronge with it how could i know if the air bag is working and tht i didnt hit the car hard enuth or w/e.

If your airbag lights are flashing mate, it means there is a problem with the connections under the drivers seat.
Simo has written a guide on rectifying this problem.

very nice steering wheel, the thing id be worried about is your insurance company...
if you have an accident will they still cover you as the air-bag is there for safety....
