I've decided to buy some backing plates as suggested, then i can add to my collection when i buy more and more pads.
I have got:
M14x2 - 75mm Rotary Backing Plate M14J19
125mm (5") Ultra Soft Rotary backing plate 5INK23
Sonus SFX-2 Spot Pad (4") (For getting down the door's and around boot area SON-SFX-2SP
Clay Magic Perfect Finish Kit (100g clay) (For all those who say i need to clay a £200 car lol) AWC-88256
Menzerna Polishing Pad (5" For Large Area's) R135
I'm not using any sealants. I'm using Collinite 476 Double Protection Wax. Reviews are supposed to be really good and last a long time, Up to year but i guess in the Uk it would last for 4 - 6 months with the sort of weather we get.
I have Megs #83 to get a shine back then i'll go over the top with megs #80 (Speed Glaze) to give it a shine. I'll then apply 3 coats of Collinite. Thats all
I can't believe the price, Over £55
Before i buy in half hours time, anything else i should add/ change?
