im peed right off....on my way home from work last night a guy was right up my bum nearly all the way, trying to overtake and nearly ran into the back of me a few times...
when he did eventually over take me, he nearly whacked a cyclist with his wing mirror! before he took off down the road, i noticed there a nice sign says "baby on board" and i could see the top of a baby seat in the back.
just think its shocking, those baby signs are made to warn other drivers!! asshole.. smileys/smiley7.gif

I get this aswell Lora. There was a mk3 golf gti behind me on a long busy straight. Its known for people driving fast, aswell as a lot of crashes. He over took me, had to cut me up big time and missed the car infront of him by a couple of cm's. It was on of those scary moments when every one on the road thinks "thats it, accident happening now". I honestly dont know how he missed the car on the other side of the road. I looked on the back seat and there was 4 kids on the back seat. COuldnt of been older then about 8. I dunno about him but if it was me and I crashed and killed every one but myself, I oculdnt live with that. It made me really angry, just thought that he deserves to die smileys/smiley7.gif . He was risking the lives of little kids who had no control over what was happening.

Lucky escape there then grant, theres sum real arseholes on the road. most seem to be racers, many a time ive purposely slowed down and blocked them from overtakin, bit risky before, but i shall be doing it more often now me thinks smileys/happy.gif

Thats shocking.Golf gti! has anyone else noticed that the majority of gti drivers are impatcient and think because they got a gti badge they can undertake, speed and just generally be arses.
no offence to any gti drivers this is just what i see driving home each week

I have often seen the same thing. Those people are the worst drivers. And they're the parents who usually take their kids to a 'cruise' smileys/smiley5.gif

they do go faster than u so u should get out the way! duh smileys/smiley2.gif
but im sure gti owners can say they get thoroughly pissed off with lil saxo drivers trying to 'race' them.............i know i do smileys/smiley17.gif
completely agree - the looney driving bugs me nearly as much as cramming 5 children on the backseat along with none in seat belts

There is just no need for people to drive like that, and i bet if they did cause an accident they wouldn't take the blame, they would try and get someone else done for it.

i usually do, but it was nose to tail traffic, i.e. HOME TIME.
he squeezed in front of me, over took another couple of cars got to the roundabout then shot off.
people will do anything to get in front.
i remember a scooby overtook me in the bus lane, on the other side of the road to try and beat the traffic!

I dont get what people expect from using the "baby on board" signs. Surely if people are stupid enough to be driving wrecklessly in the first place then they're not goin to pay attention to a little sign??

personally i wud have obstructed his overtaking and not allowed him past smileys/smiley17.gif a bit silly that!. the guy may have nicked the car meaning there was no baby in the car and he didnt care whos car he was writing off!... little wan*ers like that should be driven off a cliff!.
maybe there was a baby in the car meaning the person is not responsible enough to be on the road or to have a child...

LMFBO! © sax-p i did this a couple of years ago in my astra gsi
i was taking my misses to work in busy traffic and rather just keep stopping and starting when the traffic moved i just kept rolling really slow
then the buisness guy in the big ass new shape mondeo got a bit pissed off at this and pulled next to me and started shouting some abuse at me and then attempted to cut infront of me not relising bout 50 ft infront was a bollard so i just put my foot down and kept up with him
ummm 2.0 16v c20let running at 248bhp vs 1.9tdi lol
when he had to brake and pull out behind me ijust shouted at him
"whats the badge say mate"

Grantsmith1985 will know what i'm on about when i talk about the crematorium on the a14 towards Bar hill.
There it a massive layby, then a crematorium that comes off of the layby right on the side of the road. Then the layby carries on, stops, then there is about 50 yards of uncrossable (by law, not physicaly) white lines, then a slip road. In rush hour people are pulling out of the inside lane, going all the way up the layby at about 50mph and then going straight across the the white lines and off the slip road!!!
One guy even went down the whole layby, across the white lines, onto the slip road, then across the slip road white lines and bullied his way back onto the inside lane!!!
Inpatient people are so arrogant!! smileys/smiley7.gif
