On a roundabout bloke in wrong lane wanted to turn right we were going straight on, he is claiming it was our fault despite him being in the wrong lane

not much they could clearly see who was in the wrong due to some witnesses who saw what the fiesta driver was doing so they just made sure all details were exchanged and that is was not up to the insurance companies to deal with

No i wasn't driving my dad won't insure me on his car due to reason he beleives i havn't enough experience which is true but i did learn to drive in a 2.0 lirte tubor disel golf so i could handle his 1.6 turbo

summit similar happened to me about a month back some idiot in the wrong lane on a roundabout luckily i escaped with my car undameged. sorry to hear about your dads car mate

the same happened with my sister and her bf,some foreign guy in the wrong lane drove into the side of his car
then claimed it was their fault!!
his insurance had to pay tho...haha
roundabouts are bad for crashes as everyone gets scared smileys/smiley4.gif
