top gear is gettig pretty shit compared to what it used to be... this sunday one was very good... but the rest of the series has been shit bring back the american episode and more stuff like that

I agree the latest series has not been quite as good as series 12 but its still good viewing! I think they have gone O.T.T with the presenters personalities in series 13.

It is true that the ratings have slipped.

I dont think top gear is as good as it was a few seasons ago, however, what else is their on a sunday night? Even when its a naff episode its better than no top gear.

As for this last series? i think its one of the best yet! The whole renault twingo scene for example is epic, the lancia history, the electric car was fucking amazing lol

they have 350 million viewers worldwide and it's BBC2's most poular show. if they had any sense they would still run it. the reason it's shit this series is because they have had quite a big budget cut, hence why they haven't gone to the ends of the earth or had mental challenges (except the Bolivia episode). so if it does return then it will probably have the same calibre as this series

Top Gear should end tbh.

I'm one of Top Gears biggest fans but it's not about cars anymore.

It's about them three clarting on and the producers and convinced this is what people want to see. It actually makes me angry watching Top Gear now. Watch the first 15minutes and have to turn it off.

Fifth Gear is much much much better X100 than Top Gear.
Having Tiff Needel and Jason Plato (ok hes a cock) means car testing is fun to watch.

The BBC should replace the entire Top Gear team with fifth gear, Tom Ford is a legend also.

at the end of the day its the directors of BBC who decide if the show is axed. NOT THE PUBLIC... it aint the X factor ;) lols.

so there could be millions of facebook/bebo/myspace pages and it wont make a blind bit of difference tbh. if people wish to save top gear then do th sensible thing & watch it!!!!!!!!!!! instead of in the past 3 years of top gear the ratings have gone from 8 million down to 5.5 million UK viewers. its the top show par from mock the week and QI on BBC2. so I cant see the show goin anywhere. if anything it needs a REMAP lols. get another presenter in 'maybe' female or someone the same hight as richard so there could be more comedy elements involved could even get an ethnic individual involved. also get someone who is as good as the stig. so there in a sence is two stigs that way them two can battle it out all the time. get rid of the star in a reasonably priced car (even though they wont) as film companies and so on pay for there acts to be on the show..... belive it or not (its called advertisin and marketing ;)..)...

start reviewing cars we can afford even if its only one review a show its still better then watching clarkson drive a car shit around the same old top gear track....

what about a proper products review section? i.e best sat navs,speed camera detectors and so on! they do nothing like this on the show all they have is the rather small and pathetic NEWS section which always ends up with them arguin or oing sarcastic remarks at each other. that does nothign good for us but its an egoo booster for those guys.......
