Started lowering back the other day n the of lined washers are been a right b*stard lol any hints on geting em out

Think this in the wrong section m8 this is for interior/styling

But to get the bars out you usually need a good slide hammer ,plenty of WD40 and shit loads of time

if you think getting the washers out is tough wait til you have to get them back in! Uber loads of wd40 and wait until you can comfortably slide the washers about in their hole, then try to lever them out

scrape all the crap out with a screw driver then use a magnetic stick to get it out...

seconded, i got a small pick just go round and round them then give em a tap and theyll cum out then when you put em back put loads grease on em theyll be ok then
