You're looking at an expencive job taking it to a garage mate, you not know anyone handy with cars who can give you a hand?

was thinking of doing it my self but dont have the time. got some mates that can help

if you know any best way of cuting the back panels for the arches

Fit the Front and Rear bumper and work around them placing the arches.
