shaking car !!!!

hi there i was just woundering if anyone could tell me why my car is shaking itself apart wen i touch the gas i have changed the lower engine mount, track rod ends. when i had the tracking done the bloke said my steering rack will soon need changing could anyone tell me if that will be what the problem is thanks

A worn or damaged steering rack will cause the problems that you have stated. Eventually it will reach the point where no adjustments are possible and you will go through endless amounts of tyres if not cured. Replacement re-conditioned steering racks arn't too expensive to buy from motor factors.
