Red Saxo in Basildon

I spotted an R reg red saxo at festival leisure park in Basildon last night (26/02/06). Had a sax-p sticker on the back side windows so I gather it was somebody's on here smileys/smiley20.gif

me? a 1.1 red sax im from stalybridge near manchester kinda. Youre from basildon as ive found out - how far aways that?

well kinda - would change the lights but in between jobs =s - i have all new kenwood speakers jbl sub amp, sony xplod headunit 6by9s to fit, a k&N which may have to be removed cause of insurance - taken door pins out and i should soon be having silver interior plastics lol, how about you?

Not alot really just a set of "3 stud" 5 spoke, exhaust, sub&amp, meshed the grille topped off with some sax-p stickers lol. Thats about it really although i'd like to lower and tint the windows a bit, but as I'm hoping to change it sometime this year cos my poor car is gettin on now i cant be bothered :-( i'll defo have another saxo though! lol.

Do you find ur k&n slows ur car down at all?

well no it seems to go faster and it makes one hell of a noise! Just the insurance company wont insure any mods so next time ill change insurance companies. Therefore i should really be taking it off =(
i think i might be getting a newer one this year plus how come 3 stud alloys? Mines 4 stud

Mines gay :-( urs got the facelift front? u tried elephant? I thought they were quite cheap. My mate got told that by directline, something about having to be 25? He only wanted to put lexus lights on his insurance lol. He's now with adrian flux.

I put a shitty universal air filter on and it slowed car down and made a real noise esp down the dual carriageway lol.

mines an R too. Its a saxo "storm" though lol. Must be some sort of special edition thing citroen did lol. I want a vtr, I just cant afford the insurance though...spose i can dream though eh lol.

Yeah it did and a spoiler. Its also got 5 spoke alloys too but they were pants 13" jobbies so had to change em. Its still basic as a saxo goes though.. urs have electric windows and central locking then? and most of all...... a speedo!!!!? grr

really? my m8 had a sx and had electric everything and a speedo which used to wind me up lol. bloody french eh lol

yeah bit crzy i think lol! mine could be older though?my saxo is a bit weird though, cause i bougt it and found out itd been in a crash then i found out it needed stuff fixing its been a bit of a nightmare but i love how saxos look!
