Help silver saxo, Black middle bit in bumper.

Can someone link me to who's car this was please? I've tried looking but can't find it, It's silver with the black bit in the middle of the bumper. Any help appreciated :y:

I did it on my red vtr back in 1999 when being different was cool.

Copied the festa zetec s bumper though because I was a sheep :p

Haha maybe in 2014 there will be a few TEC'd saxo's running about.
