On the 14th of December I bought these bulbs of ebay but still haven't received anything!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130332956640&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Every time I contact the seller he sends me this email:

Thank you we have received your payment, and your order was processed on schedule.

We try our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. About 95% of all orders are shipped and delivered on time.

Drop shipped Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded).

As proper insurance is taken, we stand responsible for all lost in mail or defective items received.

Thank you for your anticipated patience in this matter.

We are an upcoming home based company, so by any chance if you are not satisfied with the services we provide, send us an email so that we can improve.

Once again we thank you for your purchase.

I doubt he sent them or even if he did I don't think I'll get them.

How do I get my 2 quid back? I know its not a lot of money but I don't like to be scammed.

Have to wait 28 days before starting a dispute.

Check, but i'm sure you only have like 10 days now to open a dispute. I tried to do one a while back and i'm sure they'd just changed it to something daft like that.

Ebay banned negative feedback ages ago mate. You HAVE to go through a dispute thing now... something about upsetting people that rip you off, you know, cos we wouldn't want to upset THEM!!!:wall:

Sign in to paypal......and there is a disputes tab....click it and then iirc you just click on the transaction your having issues with and then give them some details about it.

Im quite sure you can leave bad feedback when you buy an item......its just sellers that can not give bad feedback about the buyer

Nah, i tried it when i had my dispute. It sends you to a page now where you have to open a dispute. Unless they've changed it back?
