Shakes when engine is warm.

When the cars warm, and i'm sat at traffic lights for say, more tan 30 seconds, my car will start shaking, like the exhaust is wobbling all over the place!

Is this just the engine idling rough?

could be, have you got out the car to check the exhaust? could be engine mount

Engine mount would show problems regardless of engint temp i would have thought. Have a search for cleaning the ICV. Failing that could be a bad plug/lead/coilpack issue perhaps
