leave them silver, too many people are going for black and white wheels, silver will come back in time;),

White vtr alloys look smart on blue vtr's, but I'd also say they look just as good in silver. If you're considering painting due to the alloys needing some TLC, why not refurb them? you can do that yourself relatively easily (theres some how to threads on here if you search). I helped a mate do his, and we went for a darker silver, they looked sweet in that sort of colour, and they're unique :y:

Leave them silver or go white... black looks rubbish in my opinion on blue cars

We used one called Sterling Grey which was metallic, looked like a cross between silver and a medium shade of grey when applied.

Gunmetal looks good too, I've seen a Saxo going about with refurbed alloys that colour too :y:

It's a job to estimate how much time, depends on the condition of your wheels. If you have curbing scrapes etc you're talking at a fair amount of time sanding/rubbing down.

If there's no curbing scrapes or scracthes, you can prep them with sandpaper, but this is still time consuming (if you just paint straight over the alloys, the paint won't adhere properly, and may not be durable or last for long).

Have a look in the forums for refurbing, I've seen it on here somewhere. There may have been something in FAQ's, but have a search about :y:
