Right well my gran keeps getting the same guy phoning up pretending to be with different companies and trying all the usual energy saving patter. I just spoke to him at 5:25 and I told him that my gran just had new heating fitted and that and that he was wasting his time, Next i get..

Anyway she's with tiscali i've been on there site and cannot find the correct number to sort this out to stop him getting through, We did 1471 and his number came out with a list of 0's.

The guy is Indian i can tell by his voice and this is the second time he has been abusive in the space of three days, Anyone that can help please do.

Advise the caller that the phone is part of the TPS and that all numbers that are not residential are recorded and investigation into each number is done by BT in order to prosocute companys for nusence calling.

I use to work at a call centre last year, we use to be the ones calling houses but I have never heard of any being abusive before, Join the TPS service and if any companies call again ask to be put on the Do Not Call list as Market Research companies are exempt from the rules and regulations of the TPS service :)

A few years ago i used to get phone calls all day and even late in the evening, constantly! Neverending calls from cunts trying to sell me shit, drove me mad!

So i put our number in the tps thing and it stopped virtually all of the calls, the ones we do still receive are from companies that we have accounts etc with and if you ask them to remove you from their marketing list etc they fuck off too!

if you call BT and tell them you have a nuiscience caller they will offer you a choose to refuse option so the next time he calls you type in a code and it blocks his number from calling even if he witholds it
