immobiliser bypass?

does anyone know how to bypass this? I took my cowling off and it got stuck so pulled it hard and the end of my iggy barrel came off snapping the copper wire insiode it, i have soldered it back on but now my immobiliser wont turn off

can i just change it for a full ignition barrel or will there programming involved?

sorry for taking over thread but my mate needs his immobiliser bypassed his is a 1999 mk 1 vtr not sure what plug ecu it is but it wont start or spark anyone got ideas? he has a new loom but it has no key for it
