hi , ive got a mk westy as you can see, but the bonet has like an inch gap where it meets the grill, ive screwed the ruber bonnet stops on the slam pannel all the way in, and it has made no difference. Does anybody know how to make it sit flush

can't help you but i've seen a few saxos like this and wondered why it aint flush.

Its easy- the bonnet catch on the slam panel has some adjustment- there are two 10 mil bolts. If that not enough try bending the hoop under the bonnet.

Also it might be that the bonnet catch is not closing fully, it might need some WD40 or adjustment in the wire?
