whats a vts on this milage gona be like

Depends on the maintainance. Mine is on 70k but most of it's been in pieces 100 and odd times

my old 106gti (same car basically) had 153021 on it when i finished with it
and at like 151k on rollers made 137 hp with breathing mods
it never missed a beat
and pulled like a trooper

high milage doesnt mean that its a bad car ,u could get a vtr/vts with 30k on but if it has been owned by a tool that has never changed the oil ,plugs gearbox oil ect and hammered it around mcyd,s car park every night then it may look nice and shiny with low miles but mechanicaly be fooked

my car has done 98k and runs like a dream. i did replace the engine for a 58k engine 5months ago. my car has never had a driveshaft/ wheel bearing replaced etc and still handles really tight

edit: basically mileage isnt an issue as long as the car has been looked after properly

mine is on 117k and is perfect does not miss a beat startes first time everytime my mate was very jealous as he spent 2.5k on a 106 gti and it was a nail i payed under 1k and mine is a minter all depends if its been looked after as people have said

The Furio on there is a nice bargain for someone. VTR alloys, 33,000 miles. £1295.

I've seen them reaching closer to £3000 for a mileage like that where I live.

i was thinking just that... spotted them wheelz straight away.
I went to view a GTI 106 in staffordshire one time and they guy was tellin me on the phone its a minter Etc.... when i got there the alarm wouldnt stop going off.. seats had fag burns in... exhaust was blowing...scratches all over body and the boot was open with a massive rusty gear box in lmao.. i was thinkin shit whooooo would buy this car, Im not. lol Dodgy dealers aye ?

and mileage isnt everything but high mileage does damage resale value..

only thing i have found with them at 85k most things start to go...
I got mine at 84k and have replaced nearly everything on the front end
