Saw a beemer with some stupid body kit and on the inside he had about 8 BIG dials all over the dash lol from poland too.

Yeah it's a 1.5 SOHC 16v. All Honda engines from way back in the 80s (i think about 88 if not earlier) were 16v even the SOHC stuff and before that the very early 3 pot cars were 12v.
