Taking off too much material of your standard flywheel causes this:

I have seen a few go first hand and its really not something you want to be close too. If it can fly through steel like its not there just think what is does to some ones body!

Skyline R32 i think. Jap cars are awesome, you can take off the boost limit of a standard skyline GTR and literally turn up the engine to 500HP!!! Not bad eh :P

Its quote a small one really. The often blow hole panels off cars. You often get big holes in the track where they are berried so deep you cant see the bits. You generally get a right bollocking if you have one fail as its so dangerous and its something that should never happen.

Im sorry but :

Tuners like Abbey Motorsport etc dont spend thousands on parts and rebuilds on skyline engines to get 500bhp when all they could of done was turn the boost up!
Im hoping your reply was a joke. As if it wasnt you need to do some serious homework into engine modifications before you go near a car.
Please tell me you were joking

Hence why you don't 'shave' your own flywheel and go buy a billet lightened one.
