Ordered one last thursday, she sent it out but was too late for thursdays collection, so it would be sent on friday. She sent me the tracking number, and i've been trying to track it since friday afternoon. It comes up "We are unable to process the status of your parcel at this time."
I phoned parcelforce today, they knocked the 1st 2 digits off the tracking number and told me it was still at the post office she sent it from. She said the post office hasn't done her job and told parcelforce theres a package that needs picking up. So she gave me the address of post offic and i phoned the. She said there isn't any parcels here. I contacted the woman who i bought it off, she said that all parcelforce collections have been suspended, i presumed due to the weather so they passed it on to a royal mail driver. Which i guess might explain why i can't track my parcel but this means i can't track it, so at the moment it could be anywhere or could show up anytime. Has anyone else had problems like this?

Off ebay yeah. She just gave me her sons number, and i phoned him, aparantly he sends many parcels everyday, has an account and is friends with manager of the post office where they sent it from. He said that it was sent out on monday, but the vans have been stopped due to weather conditions, he says the tracking progress now says, collected from post office branch, in progress, and it does. So at least i know its not lost now. Much more comforting. I been looking for vans out the window since saturday morning, proper want my 360 lol, but i guess now its just a matter of time when they can get here.

if you got it from ebay and you dont receive it they have to return your money and then they have to write a claims to the deliverer so i know it must suck because you want it but if it dont arrive you wont have lost your money

If it's been transfered across to royal mail and not delivered within 7 days, then your entitled to compo.

the tracking status now says its in Leeds depot, where i live, but unable to deliver - adverse weather conditions. This was at 7:50 this morning. Would i be able to go pick it up do you think?

never again am i going through parcelforce. sent a go-ped petrol scooter once, by the time it got to to the recipient, box was ripped in half (was strongly packed when i sent it), the scooter was battered to shite, engine half off, scooter bent, plastic panels all smashed. either it fell out the back of a van on the M1 or i blame how they handled it. didnt get a penny back aswell

i think there delivery is poor also, this package was sent last thursday, 1 week ago, and still no sign of it. I would go pick it up if i knew i could. There all main roads, therefore there not icy or snowy, i went out this morning, the roads seemed ok round here, so theres not really any explanation why they can't deliver parcels
