Google it, is a medication they used to use alot to cure morning sickness, was too late they realised it caused birth defects, mainly arms not growing

I had a client that suffered from this. Sound guy and drove around in a modified range riover paid for by the government.

There's news they will be entitled to millions more in compensation

Shit really ? Thats bad isnt it ... Did you see the guy who took an experimental pill in a science University test thing (obviously at his own risk for cash).
Anyway his fingers and feet went black, died and fell off ! I think some people out of the 8 that tried it died! IIRC

shocking stuff i only heard about it about 2 years ago, ridiculous when you think about it but it could happen for anyhting these days, how long did asbestos get used readily and without care before scientists realised it causes asbestosis?, i think theres lots more stuff like this to be found in futre, eg lead water pipes and paint etc etc etc et, only really the last 20 years things have come to light in this way, technology has progressed that far that things which werent before ar being realised...

How about smoking ;)

tbh as much as i find it disgusting and pointless we dont want people to stop since all the tax lost from it would get dumped on petrol and alcohol making it worse for everyone else
