Tattoo idea's

Just wanted to see what people think of these tattoo's i got the idea when watching a film (MAX PAYNE) not long ago.

the first one is a Valkyrie Wing which i would have tattoo'd on my thumb going down my fore arm.

the second one is also a Valkyrie Wing put a pair in a different design which i would have on my bicep going down my arm.

Not digging shit like that as it gets faddy (especially wings on back type shit) and gets old pretty quick.

Guy I know got an HP sauce bottle tattood on his leg cos his mate said it would look cool. He just did it for a laugh.

Looking at it again, it might look better if it had more to it - if not more detail. Its really plain, I think thats partly why I dont like it.

The pair deffo, its like there should be something framed by the wings, like in between them.

this is why i posted on here so i can get some feedback but i do like the single wing but was going to add a claw finger on the end of the wing going to my index finger

maybe not a full half sleeve will take the detail away from the wings

Not much you can do to wings really. Unless you want to incorporate them into a bigger picture

Best to go to the tattooist. They will tell you what they can do with it!

well ive done a few design's for mates in the past so might have a try on these ones once i print them out

Double wings could be nice with an aura. Would you have it on your upper arm from the shoulder or just under? Like one comment has already said, you're best off checking with a tattooist.

Not sure if you wanna keep those wings but here's a possible change? I'm sure you could keep the wings, maybe change them a little. :D

Don't get a tattoo on your thumb mate. Don't like the first tattoo.

Like the second design, I would have that on my upper arm though.

But I will say, don't get a tattoo just because it was in a film, also, don't get a tattoo if you don't know what you want (and are just getting one for the sake of it).

Probably telling you how to suck eggs, so if so, I apologize.

Nah i'm not rushing Into it i've been looking for a tattoo for about a year now and the second one would go just above my forearm on my upper arm.

And it wasn't just cos of the film I just thought it was different but I can see what you mean.
