Bonnet wont open

ive just had me bonnet cable and catch replaced.

i opened the bonnet today and it wouldnt close. i managed to close it but now it wont open. I think the cable may have moved out of place or something.

Also how much am i looking to pay for Front new break discs and pads. Parts and Labour.

dont know about the disks and pads but your bonnet might not be alligned up properly

nah dont think its that. was fine when i opend it closed it the first time. Brand new realese and catch so a bit stiff but somethings goota of moved. could the cable come out of the plastic thing it sits in?

it could have popped out or your catch spring could use a bit of grease i had the same problem with mine a while back and it was a stiff spring behind the realese catch

You could try some engine oil on the release catch,get a mate to keep on moving the lever inside the car while you add the oil to the mechanism on the slam panel.Also adjust the mechanism on the slam panel.
