Not sure on scam, seems a sound guy but has been nearly a month (22.12.09) since I paid but still no mirror caps. I paid by gift, I know I shouldn't have but he had good Itrader. This cost me £12.61 (Including Paypal fees') He said he was away for work but a month is abit long to not nip to the post office. I must reinforce I haven't had any abuse, and he may be a genuine seller. But this is taking too long for me.

He has had no activity from the 11th, this is why I have worded the original post nicely towards him. Not gonna shout my mouth off.
Last PM said he couldn't get anywhere due to the snow and was working away, which is fair enough in a way. Not sure if it was an excuse but I took it as a legit excuse.
PM'd him about 2 mins ago informing him of this thread aswell.

No refund has been sent, even if it was snail mail should be here by now really...maybe me being abit rash. But now I deem a refund will be non-existant, the money is gone in my eyes. So staff can do as they see fit.
