Right, i wash my car every weekend. I spend alot of time doing it, but i enjoy it.
Im out on my drive today waxing and sealing it, when i see my mum and sister looking out of the window laughing at me:boxing:
When i ask them whats so funny, they reply "You weird, why do you wash your car so much, and why does it take you ages?" lool
I think the neighbours are starting to think im a bit of a strange one too lol.

Anyone else get this abuse, or is it just me lol.:oops:

Lol happens to us all.......My mum always moans at me as most weeks atleast 1 new product gets delivered and it does take me ages to clean lol.

Just a wash / dry etc etc takes me like 3 hours

And if its a big clean it easily can take me a whole weekend lol

Luckily i have a mint girlfriend who completly understands my love/addiction to the Saxo and normally helps me out when cleaning it.......like today when i conditioned the leather seats she scrubbed and applied megs gel to my tyres.

lol lucky for some my girlfrend just sits and watches me. if its summer i give her a spray with the hose shes just there to tell me if i miss a spot haha. but yeah even some of my mates my girlfrind my sisters well most the people i know think i clean my car to much!! very angry today though just put the wax on letting it dry abit then its starts to rain thats happend to me twice now its so annoying when it rains at that stage if it happens once more im getting a gazebo then i will be the wierdo of the street cleaning my car under a gazebo in the rain haha.

Yes my dads gets upset i wash it so much. lol, making the drive wet, its terrible :homme:
If i got a week off ill do it everyday!! But my parents understand i have a general cleaning problem, lol.
My neighbours, they asked me what polish i used once, i felt quite happy, they must of noticed how clean and shiny ones car is.
I did over here them saying, Wife to Husband "he's out there washing it again!"

Every time, without fail, I'll get the same select few people who walk past, or pop their head out of the front door and say "You'll wash the paint away" and every time I say, "well lets hope the rain stays away!"... Typically english! Anyone else get nosey no-it alls?!

i clean my car way tooo much lol im getting it from my neighbour, mates but my mum is the worst all the fucking time. although it is my daily driver i have washed it 3 times in 5 days:s although for good reasons though.

2. filthy
3. fitted my racing stripe so needed doing again:)
although it really pissed me off as soon as i stopped wiping of the polish on my car before the wax time it started raining really pissed me off

My neighbours must think im mental as i have to feed the hose from the kitchen through to the front bedroom out the window as i live on the 1st floor in appartments along with the hoover leads all dangling down the buidling into the car park lol, but hate this shitty weather at moment wont stop pissing down to let me give it a proper clean lets hope the wk end is dry

Don't worry about it. I have spent days cleaning my car. Made a start and once it gets dark put it in the garage and carry on the following day, kept doing this until i was happy. My neighbours say things like "you'll wash the paint off if you clean it anymore". i lol at them and point out the many imperfections on their cars.

well look at it this way u wash your car once a day it will be a lot easyer because there wont be a lot of dirt and all it takes is between 10-20 mins to do ftw

i used to clean mine about 7:30 on a sunday morning as i worked staurday night till 6am, was doin it one mornin with a can of fosters in my hand when the god bother's came past.

I get the good old comment of 'this one next' by the neighbours. Tbh, it's getting fucking old after 5 year's! Lol.

I looked even worse on Friday washing mine and then polishing Toyah's lol. Need to teach her how to wash her car properly. Already got half the gear for her to have at her house though :y:
