Whenever i switch my ignition off the sub vibrates a couple of times does this mean my earthing point is not good or is it the norm?

Before anyone says use search I tried using the search function but I got a timeout error smileys/smiley2.gif

this is sometimes the case when the headunit takes a couple of seconds to turn the remote off to the amp and the sub is mid flex....

my focal's and my pioneer subs did it and there wasnt a problem

no it's more a couple of hard thumps and it's always the same pattern, well hopefully it's nothing to worry about smileys/smiley17.gif

you could put a small capacitor on the remote wire so when it is turned off it will power down slowly and you wont get the thump.
