Cituning's the big one offering turbo upgrades from what i've heard. If your looking for high end tuning GMC motorsport and KAM are some notable names to look at.

Pugeot sport are.

citroen -citroen sport.

If you want boost GMC are considerably better than cituning imo. Johns a moody bugger but has fixed more bodged than most and has built ones which worked from day1

As above Citroen Sport really, although there are loads of other companies specialising in Citroens out there :)
